We already use other tools. Do we have to replace them?
No. Mente ingests files you export from your existing tools: CSVs, PDFs, spreadsheets, DOCX, and scans. Most owners run Mente alongside what they already have, using it for search, reporting, and cross-document answers. Integration options are on the roadmap.
How long before it's actually useful?
Most businesses see value within a few days of the first upload. Mente starts indexing immediately, and useful answers appear as soon as a few dozen records are in the system.
What if it's not for us?
Cancel anytime, and take your data with you: export everything to Obsidian, Google Drive, or Neo4j. No lock-in, no hostage data. Your documents stay yours, and we never train other customers' models on your files.
